To Apostle John Eckhardt and to the State of Illinois :
"For 13 years you have built your house-the house I said to build. You’ve done it. It has been a long 13 years. You have been getting it in order. I'm about to visit you in Chicago a second time...I'm about to visit Illinois a second time. You will be a prototype for the states. You’ll begin to build what it takes to house My glory. There will be six weeks of rearranging. You will have an order and an anointing to put things in order. Many will come to this state to be a part of that glory. The glory will not only be in the house, but without this house. From this state My glory shall proceed forth as a wheel that shall turn this nation. I am doing a work of connecting within regions of this state. There is grace, grace for this connecting. This connecting is necessary to be released into this new anointing."
Pastor Dutch shared this very pointed word: “ Illinois is My Apostolic State.” As such, Illinois will be a prototype state. Pastor Dutch mentioned five key points:
- For Illinois to move fully to the apostolic anointing, it will have to transition to another level of strength, understanding and maturity. The apostolic governing must go to another level.
- Illinois must move forward to another level of connecting, networking, and joining one another. Illinois must go to another level of networking the state. Leaders, intercessors, warriors, and pastors have to transition across barriers, bodies, streams, and across racial and denominational lines. One of the things that satan will try to do is bring disconnection as this is one of the greatest strengths of the apostolic anointing.
“Because Illinois is apostolic, many local expressions of My Spirit – local churches, ministries streams – many of them are very well connected, but they have not gone to the next level of the apostolic and been able to connect properly outside of their own realm, outside of their own church. And so some would look at this state and say, ‘No, no, no – this is not true. There’s good connection here; there’s good apostolic order.’ And the Lord would say to that, ‘Yes, there is good connection, and there is apostolic order.’ But the Lord is going to take it to a level now that goes outside of the local expressions... You’re not only going to have that [connectedness] in your local expressions, but eight of you are going to get together. The Spirit of the Lord said, ‘Eight of you are going to come together.’ But I say to you, not only are the eight going to come together, but the eight are going to multiply again and 64 and then 180 or whatever. They are going to come together until their is a new connecting in the state of Illinois that takes the apostolic anointing to a higher level."
- Referring to John 7:37-39, there will be a new release of revelation and a new release of understanding. God has another phase of understanding and revelation; dreams, visits, and insights from Scriptures; angelic visitations; a new level of prophetic, word of wisdom, word of knowledge, discenment of spirits, etc.--- also, another level of glory. The greatest revelation right now that God wants to begin to unfold on you is that God is inside of you. ...The state of Illinois will be known as the place where the river of God dwells.
- If we move into this new level of anointing, there is absolutely another level of harvest coming. You will move out of Acts chapter 5 (addition) to Acts chapter 6 (multiplication).
- Referring back to John chapter 7, from out of your belly, the word koilia means "womb" or the "matrix"-- the matrix of the spirit, meaning where something originates or is birthed. God will have an apostolic people who know how to birth things, to originate things, to plant the seed of God, the prophetic word of God into the atmosphere, and cause their region to be pregnant with God's words...out from their matrix something is going to flow and it's called the river of life.
